How do I book directly?
Click “Check Availability” on any page, select your dates, fill in your information, and submit. We’ll confirm your reservation within 24 hours.
Why should I book direct instead of Airbnb or VRBO?
Booking direct saves you the 10–15% platform service fee. You also get direct access to us — the owners — if anything comes up before or during your stay.
What is your pet policy?
We welcome up to 2 pets with a one-time $49 pet fee applies per stay.
What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available — just ask when you book.
How many guests can The Nautica Retreat accommodate?
The property sleeps 6 guests comfortably across 3 bedrooms.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
We typically require a 3-night minimum stay. Holiday weekends and peak season may require 4 nights. Check availability for your specific dates.
What amenities are included?
The Nautica Retreat includes a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, living room with TV, and access to the community pool, boat wash station, and playground.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
Our cancellation policy is outlined at the time of booking. We recommend booking travel insurance for added peace of mind.
