Welcome Aboard!
• Remove grill cover and place in garage
• Roll grill away from building and vehicles
• Open propane valve (turn left)
• Turn on one burner and ignite
• After use, turn off burners and shut propane valve
• Leave grill outside at least 5 hours after last flame
• Once fully cooled, clean grates and discard grease trap contents
• Return grill to storage and replace cover
• Insert key and unlock
• Push handle down to open
• Close door fully behind you
• Pull handle up completely before locking
• Insert key and turn to lock
• Trash pickup: Tuesdays
• Recycling: Every other Tuesday
• Please bag all trash securely
• No loose items in outdoor bins
• No smoking indoors
• Do not leave grill unattended
• Lock doors when leaving property
• Treat the home as if it were your own
• Verify receiver is on (top shelf of entertainment center — blue light visible)
• Hold center button until blue lights flash
• Open Bluetooth settings on your phone
• Select device name
• Use the remote if needed for volume control
Washer
• Open washer lid or door
• Add detergent (use HE detergent only if labeled)
• Load laundry evenly — do not overload
• Select desired cycle
• Press Start
• Leave washer door slightly open after use for ventilation
Dryer
• Clean lint trap before each load
• Load dryer evenly — do not overload
• Select drying cycle
• Press Start
• Remove lint after each use
• Ensure dryer door is fully closed when finished
Important
• Steam option has been disabled
• Do not attempt to run a steam cycle
• Do not leave dryer running unattended
• Report any unusual noise or vibration
• Keep all doors and windows closed when AC is running
• Do not set thermostat below 68°F
• Turn lights and fans off when leaving property
• Report any condensation buildup immediately
• Do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products or hygiene items
• Only toilet paper may be flushed
• Avoid pouring grease down sinks
• Run disposal with cold water only
• Makeup wipes are provided — please do not use white towels for makeup • removal
• Do not remove linens from property
• Place used towels in laundry basket before checkout
• Rinse off sand before entering the home
• Shake out beach items outside
• Keep wet items off indoor furniture
• Close outdoor umbrellas after use
• Park in designated driveway areas only
• Do not block neighboring properties
• Keep grill and outdoor furniture away from building when in use
